Tribal Pest Control was founded with a clear mission—to protect the health and well-being of our communities while fostering economic independence and environmental stewardship.
Founded by Christian R. Brown, a proud First Nations from Skidegate in Haida Gwaii, BC, our company is more than just a pest control service—it is a movement toward self-reliance, sustainability, and healthier living environments for Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities alike.
Christian’s deep commitment to Indigenous empowerment, public health, and community-driven solutions stems from years of work with Indigenous Youth Services and leadership in developing culturally responsive behavioral health programs. Through his advocacy and innovation, Christian has witnessed firsthand how environmental and public health challenges, including pest infestations, disproportionately affect Indigenous communities. Unsafe, ineffective pest control methods, coupled with a lack of accessible and eco-friendly solutions, have left too many businesses, homes, and families vulnerable.
